The short version
You can use this website to learn about our slime parties, send a party request, and build a slime order. A request is not a booking. Your party is booked only when we confirm it with you in writing. Prices on the site can change until we confirm them. Slime is a toy, not food, and kids should play with it with an adult nearby.
1. Using this website
This website is run by Slime District Miami (“Slime District,” “we,” or “us”). By using it, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Party requests and bookings
Sending the party request form does not book a party or charge you anything. It asks us to check our calendar. We reply within 24 hours when we can. A party is booked only after we confirm the date, package, price, and any deposit or cancellation terms with you in writing. Those written details are the agreement for your party.
3. Prices and orders
Prices, packages, and products on this site can change, and some are marked as samples. A price is final only when we confirm it with you. Online checkout is not open yet, so adding items to the cart does not place an order or charge you. If we list something by mistake, such as a wrong price, we may correct it before we confirm your order.
4. Slime safety
Slime is a toy. It is not food, so do not eat it or put it in your mouth. An adult should watch kids while they play with slime, at a party and at home. Wash hands after playing. Tell us before your party about any allergies or skin sensitivities so we can talk about options. Keep slime away from carpet, fabric, and pets, and follow the care guide that comes with each jar.
5. Photos and content on this site
The words, logo, mascot, and designs on this site belong to Slime District. Please do not copy them without asking. Some images on this site are illustrations made to show what our parties and setups look like. They are not photos of a specific party.
6. What you agree not to do
Please do not send false information through our forms, try to break or overload the site, collect data from it with bots, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. Limits on our responsibility
We work to keep this site accurate and running, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be error free or available. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using this website. This section does not limit anything that cannot be limited under Florida law, and it does not change the written terms we agree with you for a booked party.
8. Florida law
These terms follow the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute about this website will be handled in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page.
