Who we are

This website belongs to Slime District Miami, a mobile slime party company serving Miami-Dade and Broward County. If you have a question about your information, email us at bookings@slimedistrict.com.

What we collect

When you send a party request, we collect what you type into the form: your name, email, phone number, party date, address or city, event type, package, guest count, the kids' age range, a theme, and any notes. We do not ask for your child's name, and we do not take payment on this website.

Our web host also keeps standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages you visit, to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

We use your party request to reply to you, check our calendar, and plan your party. Your request goes into our customer relationship management (CRM) system, a third-party service that stores it and lets our team follow up. We may send you emails and, if you agree on the form, text messages about your request and your party. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can reply STOP to any text to opt out. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for ads.

Your cart

Items you add to the cart are saved in your own browser (local storage) so they are still there when you come back. They stay on your device and are not sent to us.

Cookies

Our party booking form is run by our third-party CRM system, which sets its own essential cookies to load the form and send your request. The party page can also set one session cookie for our backup form. It ends when you close your browser. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Who we share it with

We share your information only with the third-party systems that run this website and our business, such as our web host, our CRM system, and our email and text message services. They may use it only to provide those services to us.

Children

This website is for parents and party hosts. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you think a child sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it, and your choices

We keep party requests as long as we need them to plan your party and follow up. You can ask us to see, fix, or delete your information at any time by emailing bookings@slimedistrict.com.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
