Cookie Policy
Effective and last updated October 31, 2026
The short version
Right now this website uses only essential cookies and browser storage: the ones our party booking form needs, one to remember your cookie choice, and one to keep your cart. We do not use advertising cookies. If we ever add analytics, it will load only if you say yes.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Browser storage (local storage) works the same way but is never sent to the website on its own. We use both only to make this site work. Some of them come from third-party systems we use to run the site, like the CRM system behind our party booking form.
2. What we use
| Name | Type | Category | What it does | How long |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Party booking form | Third-party cookies and storage | Essential | Our party booking form is run by a third-party booking and CRM system. It sets its own cookies and storage to load the form, stop spam, and send your request to our team. | Set by that system, usually from the session up to 12 months |
| PHPSESSID | Cookie | Essential | Protects our backup party request form from spam and fake submissions. | Ends when you close your browser |
| sd_consent | Cookie | Essential | Remembers your cookie choice so we do not ask again. | 12 months |
| sd_consent | Browser storage | Essential | A backup copy of your cookie choice. | Until you clear it |
| sdm-cart | Browser storage | Essential | Keeps the items in your cart. It stays on your device. | Until you clear it or empty the cart |
3. Analytics and advertising
We do not use analytics or advertising cookies today. The third-party CRM system behind our booking form uses its cookies only to run the form, not for ads. If we add analytics later, such as a visitor counter, it will stay off until you choose “Accept all” or turn on Analytics in Cookie preferences. We will add it to the table above first.
4. Your choices
You can change your choice any time. . You can also delete cookies in your browser settings. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “no” to anything that is not essential.
5. Changes to this policy
If we change the cookies we use, we will update this page and the date at the top, and ask for your choice again when it matters.
